Management as a Process

As a process, management refers to several interrelated functions. According to George R. Terry, leadership is a process in which management creates, manages and manages a targeted organization through systematic, coordinated and coordinated human efforts. "Governance is a different process that is planned, organized, activated and controlled, identifiable and fulfilled by human and other resources". As a process, management consists of three aspects:

** Management is a social process - as the human factor is the most important among other factors, management is related to building relationships among people. It is the responsibility of management to build interactions between people - productive and useful for organizational goals.

** Management is an integrative process - management undertakes to combine human physical and financial resources to achieve an organizational goal. Therefore, it is an important function of coordinating various factors.

** Management is an ongoing process - it's an endless process. This is due to the constant identification of problems and their resolution through appropriate measures. It is an ongoing process.
